Brief:
The objective was to organise a stakeholders engagement and advocacy meeting in the housing sector.
What We Did:
- Designed a cocktail event with the presence of the Ministry of Housing and attended by key stakeholders in the housing sector, including cement and steel manufacturers, large-scale construction dealers, transporters, etc.
- Arranged presentations by the President of HFH (presumably Habitat for Humanity) showcasing both finished and ongoing projects to demonstrate the organisation’s impact and initiatives.
- Curated a testimonial video featuring beneficiaries sharing their experiences and the impact of the projects.
- Prepared a keynote address by the Cabinet Secretary for Housing and Urban Development to provide insights and updates on government policies and initiatives in the housing sector.
- Facilitated an interactive Q&A session to gather feedback and commitments from stakeholders, fostering dialogue and collaboration.
Results:
- The stakeholders engagement and advocacy meeting provided a platform for meaningful interactions and collaboration among key players in the housing sector.
- Attendees gained insights into the accomplishments and ongoing efforts of HFH through project presentations and testimonial videos, enhancing their understanding of the organisation’s impact.
- The presence of the Ministry of Housing and the keynote address by the Cabinet Secretary underscored government support and commitment to addressing housing challenges.
